According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the definition of delight is, “1: a high degree of gratification or pleasure: JOY, also: extreme satisfaction, and 2: something that gives great pleasure.”
We want you to delight in owning our art as much as we delight in creating it.
To help achieve this goal, we need three things from you:
1: Before you order: We are a small “Mom and Pop” shop (literally mother and father married in 1997 with three grown children). We simply do not have room to store returned items. We do not offer a return or refund policy.
- If you have any questions, any at all, contact us and we will be happy to answer them. Also, please be aware that printed colors may vary from how they appear on your screen. If you wish to send us a sample color as it appears on your screen, we will do our best to match it.
2: As you order: Make sure your information is correct. Check the shipping address and spelling. Check your contact information. Be sure you ordered the correct size.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds because you do not like the color or size or because the shipping address was entered wrong.
3: When your order arrives: Did something go wrong?
- If the shipping container is damaged, before you open it let us know. We will need you to take pictures of the container as well as the contents. To late? You already opened it? Contact us anyway and let us know. Just don’t throw anything away.
- Did you get the wrong design or size? If there is an issue with your order, let us know as soon as you can. We may ask for pictures, so if you want to go ahead and send them, that would be awesome.
What you get from us:
To put it simply, if we did something wrong, we’ll fix it. If the package was damaged, we’ll file the insurance claims and send out a replacement. If we made a mistake, we’ll work with you to make it right.
